Windschitl — Ebert

Christopher and Teri Ebert were united in marriage at Church of Japanese Martyrs in Leavenworth on July 11, 2015. Reception was held at the New Ulm Event Center. 
 
Parents of the couple are Peter and Lois Windschitl and Comfrey, Larry and Peggy Ebert of Winona. 
 

Baby girl born to Martinez

Daisy Martinez of Glencoe announces the birth of her daughter, Deanna Alize Rodriguez, born Dec. 21, 2015, at Glencoe Regional Health Services. Deanna weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 20 inches long. She joins siblings Jaileen, Cesar and Brizza Alvarado and Dianara Rodriguez. Grandparents are Norma and Martin Martinez of Glencoe and Maria Rodriguez of Uvalde, Texas. 

Son born to Dolenc family

Mark and Shelly (Witthus) Dolenc announce the birth of their son, Archer Earl Dolenc, born Nov. 15, 2015, at Waconia Ridgeview Medical Center. Archer weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Dave and Betty Witthus of Glencoe and John and Annette Dolenc of Eagan. Great-grandparents are Verone Witthus and Delores Jochum of Glencoe, Joe and Sylvia Dolenc of Eagan and Helen Jakel of Virginia. 

Dolores Schultz, 87, rural Silver Lake

Dolores A. Schultz, 87, of rural Silver Lake, died Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015, at Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson.
 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, Jan. 2, at 10:30 a.m., at Holy Family Catholic Church in Silver Lake. The Rev. Paul Schumacher will be the celebrant.
 

Arleen F. Schmidt, 81, of Arlington

Arleen Schmidt, 81, of Arlington, formerly of New Auburn Township, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, at the Good Samaritan Society in Arlington.
 
Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m., at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Helen Township, McLeod County. The Rev. Dennis Reichow will officiate.
 

Ramsie Plevell, infant, Tomah, Wis.

Ramsie Mae Plevell, infant daughter of Alex and Darla Plevell of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Dec. 20, 2015, at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
 
She is survived by her parents, Alex and Darla; brother, Lennon; and grandparents, Margie (Steve) Longstreet, William Genz, Fred Plevell and Diane Plevell.
 

David Fred Micka, 86, of Silver Lake

David Fred Micka, 86, of Silver Lake, formerly of Plymouth, died Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015, at Glencoe Regional Health Services Long Term Care Center.
 
A memorial service was held Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Faith Presbyterian Church in Silver Lake with the Rev. Carol Chmielewski officiating. Jacki Rossie was the organist and Barb Wawrzyniak was the soloist. Interment followed the service at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Silver Lake.

Ruth Charlene Meier, 85, of Hutchinson, died Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, at Glencoe Regional Health Services Long Term Care.
 

Mavis J. Kruschke, 88, of Princeton

Mavis Joyce (Huser) Kruschke, 88, of Princeton, formerly of Lester Prairie, died peacefully on Monday, Dec. 21, 2015, at Caley House in Princeton.
 
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 28, at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lester Prairie with the Rev. Eric Nelson officiating. Ike Carlson was the reader. Jane Holasek was the organist, and congregational hymns were “Abide With Me,” “Rock of Ages” and “What a Friend We Have in Jesus.”

John R. Guptill, 77, of St. Cloud, died Dec. 23, 2015, at St. Benedict’s Senior Community in St. Cloud.
 
Private committal services will take place at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
