Resident interested in purchasing forfeited auction parcels requested assessment forgiveness posted on the properties. Upon purchase, resident needs to return to Council with plans and timelines of intent. If timelines are met, Council will forgive the assessments and if not, assessments will be reinstated.
Midway apartment residents are concerned with no parking ordinance. Clerk to check with Midway Administration for options and report back in December.

Mayor Wilson called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Neid, Ziemer, Schrupp, Alexander, Robeck. Also present: City Administrator Mark Larson, City Attorney Mark Ostlund, Finance Director Trippel, Public Works Directors Voigt and Schreifels, Fire Chief Grack, Police Chief Raiter.
