NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING

The Planning and Industrial Commission of the City of Glencoe will hold a public hearing on December 13, 2018 at 7:05 p.m. in West Conference Room to consider the Special Use Permit Request of Christ Lutheran Church, to allow for the construction of a columbaria on their property north of the church at 1820 Knight Avenue North.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

7:00 P.M.
Mayor Wilson called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Neid, Ziemer, Robeck, Alexander and Schrupp. Also present: City Administrator Mark Larson, City Attorney Mark Ostlund, Finance Director Trippel, Ass’t City Administrator Ehrke, Police Chief Raiter.
Motion to approve consent agenda as presented entered by Member Neid, second by Member Ziemer. All members vote in favor.
A. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 15, 2018.

Commissioners Joe Nagel, Rich Pohlmeier, Doug Krueger, Paul Wright and Ron Shimanski were present.
Krueger moved, Wright seconded, and motion carried unanimously to approve an agenda revision under Recorder’s Office, Item A, adjusting the total cost to $15,500.00.
Wright moved, Pohlmeier seconded, and motion carried unanimously to approve the consent agenda.
Shimanski moved, Krueger seconded, and motion carried unanimously to approve the payment of bills totaling $155,009.00.
