٠ Resident Shawn McCoy approached Council asking for leniency on the no-parking ordinance to something less than November-March. He recommended mass texting or emailing when plowing; if vehicles are not moved, then ticket. Mayor Schwarze explained that when the decision to move their car is left up to the owner’s discretion, it doesn’t always constitute the best decision. Our no-parking ordinance is the same as Glencoe and Hutch. No changes to the existing ordinance were considered at this time.
