Notice is hereby given to the citizens of Helen Township, County of McLeod, State of Minnesota that the annual meeting will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Plato Fire Hall, Plato, MN at 7 p.m.
For the agenda, we will be discussing the budget, fire contracts, roads and conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
In case of inclement weather the annual meeting may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

The citizens of the town of Glencoe, McLeod County, state of Minnesota, are hereby notified that the annual meeting of said town will be held at the Town Hall of Glencoe Township on the 13th day of March, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. The adoption of a town budget will be acted upon, and to conduct any other business proper to be done at said meeting when convened at 1:30 p.m.
In case of inclement weather, the annual meeting will be held on March 20, the third Tuesday in March, at 1:30 p.m.

ADJUSTMENTS
The Plato Board of Adjustments has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, March 12, 2018 at 6 p.m. at the Plato Community Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to hear all comments regarding a residential accessory building garage at 224 First Avenue NE to be built closer to the property line than the zoning ordinance specified 5-foot side yard requirement.
