GLENCOE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 20, 2018
7:00 P.M.

Mayor Wilson called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Neid, Schrupp, Ziemer, Robeck and Alexander. Also present: City Administrator Mark Larson, City Attorney Mark Ostlund, Finance Director Trippel, Assistant City Administrator Ehrke, PWD’s Schreifels and Voigt, Police Chief Raiter, Fire Chief Scheidt.
Councilor Ziemer entered the motion to approve the consent agenda as presented. Councilor Schrupp seconded. All members voted in favor.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Brownton city council will meet at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at the Brownton Community Center, to consider, and possibly adopt, the proposed assessment for the 2018 Street and Utility Improvement Project, which includes partial or full reconstruction on the following streets:

• 1st Avenue South from 3rd Street South to Division Street
• 2nd Avenue South from 3rd Street South to Division Street
• 4th Avenue North from 2nd Street North to Railroad

Panthers seeking first goal

The Glencoe-Silver Lake girls’ soccer team is still in search of both its first goal and first win of the season after falling 7-0 to Wright County Conference-leading Orono on Thursday, Sept. 6.
It was the third shutout loss in as many games for the Panthers, who dropped consecutive 1-0 losses to Mayer Lutheran and Mankato Loyola at the end of August.
