Commissioners Krueger, Wright, Schmalz and Luthens were present. Commissioner Nagel was absent.
Administrator Sheila Murphy requested a correction to Item 7.A. The date for the License to Permit Large Assemblies application by the Church of The Holy Trinity (Winsted, Minnesota) for the 2023 Winstock Country Music Festival should be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 2023, to 12:00 p.m. Sunday, June 18, 2023. Schmalz moved, Luthens seconded and motion carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as revised.

Evelyn Ruth Dittmer, age 90, of Glencoe, passed away Wednesday, May 3 at Cedar Crest Estate Senior Living in Silver Lake.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 12, at 10 a.m. at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe with a private family interment at the Arlington City Cemetery.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, May 12 from 9- 10 a.m., one hour prior to the service at the church.

Lorraine Nemitz, age 93, of Hutchinson, passed away on Thursday, April 27 at Cedar Crest Estate in Silver Lake. The funeral service was held on Thursday, May 4, at 11 a.m. at Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson, with interment in Oakland Cemetery in Hutchinson.
Pastor Vicki Toutges officiated the service, Bonnie Westmiller was the pianist. Olivia Peterson and Adam Nemitz gave the readings and Daniel Nemitz gave the eulogy.
Congregational hymns were “Amazing Grace” and “The Old Rugged Cross”.
