Glencoe firefighters took on police department staff during human foosball Saturday afternoon in Oak Leaf Park. Firefighters Edgar Rodriguez and Shane Revier fired a shot at the police department's goal. He and his teammates defeated the GPD.

Caylee Weidendorf, 6, was one of several children who tried their hand at manning a fire hose during Saturday's Glencoe Days Firefighter Challenge in Oak Leaf Park. Contestants tried to use water from the hose to push a pail tethered to a cable and attached to two trees. The first child to push the pail the length of the cable won.
