Mayor Wilson called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Neid, Ziemer, Robeck, Alexander and Schrupp. Also present: City Administrator Larson, City Attorney Ostlund, Finance Director Trippel, Public Works Directors Schreifels and Voigt, Police Chief Raiter, Assistant City Administrator Ehrke, Fire Chief Scheidt and Councilor Elect Lemke.

The identity of T.P.J.S.’s father is unknown, and if Ms. Rebecca Stokke’s parental rights are terminated and T.P.J.S’s father does not come forward, T.P.J.S. will be placed for adoption.

Patricia “Patti” Louise Bebo, 78, of Lester Prairie, passed away Saturday, Dec. 8.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, Dec. 14, 11 a.m., at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted. The Rev. Tony Stubeda will be celebrant. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Winsted.
A visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, 4 to 8 p.m., at Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted. A CCW rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m. and parish prayers will be held at 6 p.m. Further visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
