3 hurt in collision in Sibley County

Three Belle Plaine residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident Monday, Jan. 19, at about 3:30 p.m., in the area of 190th Street and 391st Avenue in Green Isle Township, Sibley County.
According to the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, a flatbed one-ton truck and a passenger car were involved in the collision.
The people in the car were identified as Jada Teta, 15, Xavier Teta, 10, and Jena Cuchna, 38, all of Belle Plaine. All three were taken to the hospital in Waconia by ambulance.
The driver of the truck was identified as Paul Tuebert, 43, of Glencoe. He declined medical treatment.
Responding to the accident were the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, Green Isle Fire Department and Arlington Ambulance.
