Boys' golf nearing end of regular season
It was a busy stretch for the Glencoe-Silver Lake boys’ golf team as the Panthers competed in three meets over seven days, culminating in the first of two Wright County Conference West 18-hole meets on Monday, May 16.
Statistics from that meet were not available as the Chronicle went to press.
GSL also competed in a pair of conference meets last week, carding a 192 in a meet hosted by New London-Spicer on Tuesday, May 10 and a 190 at Litchfield two days later.
Dylan Schuth led the Panthers with a 44 last Little Crow Golf Course in New London, with Jayden Lachermeier carding a 47 and Alex Schrader a 48. Mitchell Beneke had a 53, Reid Vanhove a 55 and Christian Higgins a 56.
