Brownton man fatally injured in crash

Martin Phillip Klockmann Jr., 46, of Brownton, was fatally injured in a two-vehicle crash at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Major Avenue and 75th Street, southeast of Brownton.

According to the McLeod County Sheriff's Office, Klockmann was driving a 2012 Dodge Ram, and Donald Lester Harbarth, 76, of Glencoe, was driving a 1993 International 9000 series semi-truck, when the two vehicles collided.

Responding to the accident were the sheriff's office, Minnesota State Patrol, Brownton Fire and Rescue, Glencoe Fire and Rescue and the Glencoe Ambulance.
