NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given, that the Brownton City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at 335 Third Street South.
The purpose of said Public Hearing is to consider the Re-Zoning application requested by Ratcliff Development, LLC at the following legal description.

That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 109, Range 22, McLeod County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter: thence North 00 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 338.00 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence South 89 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds West, a distance of 380.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 263.00 feet, more or less, to the north right of way line of US Highway No. 212; thence easterly, northeasterly, and easterly, along said north right of way line, a distance of 425 feet, more or less, to the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds West, along said east line, a distance of 154.97 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating.

Any person who desires to be heard in reference to the proposed variance will be heard at this meeting.
