CSAH 3 project to begin Monday, June 12

A 6.4-mile rehabilitation project on McLeod County Road 3 (110th Street) between County Road 75 (Nature Avenue) and the west limits of Glencoe is scheduled to begin Monday, June 12. PCI Roads of St. Michael was awarded the project.
The rehabilitation project involves milling off a portion of the black top road and paving a concrete overlay over the milled surface.
The road will be closed to through traffic; there will be no posted detours in place. Local traffic having business along the road will be permitted but will encounter delays and inconveniences.
The project is expected to be completed around the end of July.
The cost of the project is $3.7 million and is funded with state aid funds.
Any questions regarding the project should be directed to Phil Schmalz, assistant county engineer, at 320-484-4362, or email at phillip.schmalz@co.mcleod.mn.us.
