Gibbon man hurt in 3-vehicle accident
A Gibbon man was injured in a three-vehicle accident in Hutchinson Wednesday, Sept. 7. The accident was reported at 4:09 p.m.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, two Ford pickups were stopped on Highway 15 at the South Grade Road intersection when a 2003 Jeep Liberty, driven by Jack R. Brueggemeier, 20, of New Germany, rear-ended one of the pickups, pushing it into the other pickup.
Brueggemeier was not injured. Jonathan Bulau, 55, of Gibbon, the driver of a 2003 Ford pickup, was taken to the Hutchinson hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Ryan Hoff, 39, of Winthrop, driver of a 2005 Ford pickup, also was not injured. All three drivers were wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
The Hutchinson Police Department assisted at the scene.
