Jessica Lemke singled, stole second and eventually slid home following a pair of Royal errors to extend GSL’s lead to 2-0 in the third inning.
Watertown-Mayer answered with a run of its own in the third inning to make the count 2-1 in favor of the visitors. GSL threatened in the fourth inning, but did not muster up a tally.
