GSL begins consideration of charges against Schauer
Three weeks after her replacement’s contract with the Glencoe-Silver Lake School District ended, the school board is considering legal action against Community Education Director Tina Schauer.
Friday, July 17, the board met at 6 a.m. and went into a closed session meeting to, according to the public notice, “discuss preliminary consideration of allegations or charges about an employee and to meet with school district legal counsel to obtain advice about an employee matter.”
Schauer could not be reached for comment for this story.
