SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #2859
PLACE: GSL Schools Community Room #443/444
DATE: November 15, 2019
TIME: 7:00 p.m.

Board Chairman Lindeman called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m. The following board members were present: Kuester, Lindeman, Luckhardt and Lemke. Director Alsleben and VonBerge were absent.

Director Kuester motioned to adopt the Resolution of Canvassing Returns of Votes of the School District’s Special Election. A total of 1,871 voters of the school district voted on the question of increasing the referendum revenue authorization of the school district taxes payable in 2020, of which 1,130 voted in favor, 741 voted against. Director Luckhardt seconded. Roll vote was taken; Directors Kuester, Lindeman, Lemke, and Luckhardt voted for. Directors Alsleben and VonBerge were absent. All in favor. Motion carried.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 a.m.
