Students at First Evangelical Lutheran School in Glencoe got a taste of Mardi Gras Tuesday, Feb. 28, with a traditional crawfish boil with crawfish, potatoes, corn, sausage and mushrooms, as well as roast beef po’ boy sandwiches and King Cake for dessert. Students learned about the traditions of southern Louisiana, including music, food, history and the Mardi Gras.
