NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 24th day of June 2020 at 9:30 A.M. at the McLeod County Environmental Services Facility in the Large Conference Room, located at 1065 5th Ave SE, Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID MEETING is to consider the following applications located in the County of McLeod and filed with the Environmental Services Director. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process. A complete legal description is on file in the Environmental Services Office.
1. A 1-LOT PRELIMINARY / FINAL PLAT application by Ann Schwartz (a lot adjustment) to be known as “LILAC HILL ADDITION”.
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said conditional use is to be located is to be described as follows: Woodcrest Acres Addition Lot-1 Block-1 & Lot-2 Block-1, Sec-2 Twp. 117-30 (Acoma.)
2. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT application by Jeffrey Fruetel to construct an accessory structure to be >2,400 sq. ft. on a parcel <10 AC.
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said conditional use is to be located is described as follows: 6 AC of SE ¼ SE ¼, Sec-11, Twp. 116-27, (Bergen).
3. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT application by Jesse Klover for a Home Occupation of an automobile repair, body shop, & sales (by appt only) on property owned by Kenneth & Sandra Klover, and to be located in an existing accessory building > 2,400 sq. ft., including up to 5 non-resident employees.
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said conditional use is to be located is described as follows: 10 AC - SW ¼ NE ¼, Sec-32, Twp. 115-30 (Collins).
4. A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT request by Jon Hahn for an acc. structure to be >2400 sq. ft. on a parcel <10 acres in size for the purpose of personal storage.
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said conditional use is to be located is described as follows: 7.47 AC of NE ¼ NE ¼, Sec-23, Twp. 115-30 (Collins).
5. A REZONING APPLICATION by Fahey Equities on property owned by Kathryn Adelmann, Seward, AK, requesting to rezone a 1.46 AC area of a 2.30 AC parcel from “A” Agricultural to Fringe Commercial for the purpose of an auction display area and parking, located in Sec-18, Twp. 115-27 (Helen.)
THESE HEARINGS will be held by the McLeod County Planning Advisory Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or in support of the proposed application. Thereafter, the McLeod County Planning Commission shall forward its recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to provide comments or objections to the Planning Commission’s recommendations, you may take your request to the County Board which has the final authority to act on the findings of the Planning Commission.
