NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the regular meeting of the McLeod County Planning Commission has been scheduled on Wednesday the 28th day of February 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the North Complex in the North Half - Large Conference Room (south side of bldg) at 2391 Hennepin Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota.
THE PURPOSE OF SAID MEETING is to consider the following applications located in the County of McLeod and filed with the County Zoning Administrator. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process.
A PRELIMINARY PLAT application by Brian Gatz for a 1-Lot Plat to be known as OAK CREEK located is described as follows: 36.15AC SW ¼ EX 93.08 AC & EX 30.77 AC OF E ½ SW ¼, Section 11, Township 116-27 (Bergen.)
A PRELIMINARY PLAT application by Jeff Campbell on property owned by Patricia J Karels to combine an existing unplatted parcel to be added to Lot 2, Block 1 of Karels Subdivision, this 1-Lot Re-Plat will be known as Lot 1, Block 1 KARELS RE-SUBDIVISION for a total of 11.22 AC and located in Sect 16 of Twp 117-27 (Winsted).
A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT application by PSMNF1, LLC on property owned by Patricia J Karels for the purpose of a 3MW Community Solar Garden to be located in the S 30 AC of the W ½ of the W ½ of the NE ¼, Sect 16, Twp 117-27 (Winsted).
THESE HEARINGS will be held by the McLeod County Planning Commission at which time you may appear if you desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed application. Thereafter, the McLeod County Planning Commission shall forward its recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners. If you desire to provide comments or objections to the recommendations of the Planning Commission, you may take your request to the County Board which has the final authority to act on the findings of the Planning Commission.
