Mosel will represent constituents of District 18B

To the Editor:
Just to review a few of the basics. Our form of government is a republic, which means that we elect someone to represent us in the performance of governing functions. I have not had a representative for a number of years. Our alleged representatives are part of an obstructive movement that accomplishes nothing and is good at blaming others.
Now, we have a candidate who can truly represent the constituents of District 18B. His name is Darrel Mosel, who is a farmer in Sibley County. He has vast experience in public service and has experience as a legislator, serving in the House of Representatives from 1992-1994. We, the citizens of District 18B, desperately need someone with forward thinking – we need to have someone who realizes our infrastructure is old and needs a steady flow of revenue for the maintenance and improvement. Our economic future depends on it. We need someone who realizes one of the functions of government is to improve the well being of all of its citizens. We need someone who knows it is better to spend the dollars on the roads before they become the multi-dollar projects in the future.
Vote for Darrel Mosel as House representative for District 18B. He has experience and can relate well to the needs of his constituents, both the farming community and us city folk as well. We need him in the legislature. We need his progressive thinking and his good common sense representing us. We need someone who will work to get the needs of our community met, not the perpetual gridlock that paralyzes all action.
