LEGAL NOTICE
Paulino Ramirez: Please take notice that petitions have been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to adjudicate your child, D.H.P., date of birth 1/16/2018, as in need of protection or services and seeking to terminate your parental rights to D.H.P. You are an alleged father of D.H.P. A consolidated Court Trial on both petitions has been scheduled for July 12, July 13, and July 16, 2018, beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 East 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to attend the trial on July 12, July 13, and July 16, 2018, the Court may, without your appearance and input, adjudicate D.H.P. as in need of protection or services by default and / or terminate your parental rights to D.H.P., so that she can be placed for adoption. You may obtain a copy of both petitions, and any Order issued from the Court, from McLeod County Court Administration.
