PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF STEWART
MCLEOD COUNTY, MN
CITY COUNCIL OF STEWART
MAY 8, 2017
7:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Stewart City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to consider amendments to Chapter 151: Zoning of the Land Use Ordinance the addition to section 151.028 Rural Residential and Agricultural District. The change will include Solar Energy Conversion Farms as an except by Conditional Use Permit to be erected in the Rural Residential and Agricultural District. To receive a copy of the proposed changes, contact City Hall at 320-562-2518.
This Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at Stewart City Hall located at 551 Prior Street. Oral and written testimony will be considered at this time. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. Written comments can be submitted to the City Clerk.
