NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING
In Re: 2007 McCannel Trust F/B/O
Louise and Malcolm McCannel
The Petition of the co-trustee, Teri M. Motley, having been duly filed with the Clerk of this Court, praying for an Order assuming court jurisdiction over trust, confirming trustees, ordering distribution pursuant to trust and for other relief as the Court may deem appropriate.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that such Petition be heard by this Court in Room __ of the McLeod County Courthouse in Glencoe, Minnesota, on the 24th day of July, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that notice of this hearing be given by publishing this Order once in The McLeod County Chronicle at least twenty (20) days prior to the date of this hearing and by mailing a copy of said Order to each interested person, all of said notices to be addressed to the addresses of said persons last known to the trustee and to be mailed at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of this hearing.
