JOINT DITCH AUTHORITY
SIBLEY-MCLEOD
NOTICE OF VIEWERS REPORT
In the matter of
Joint Ditch No. 18 SM
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of October, 2017 the Joint Ditch Authority approved including additional 24.74 acres (PID 12.1804.000 – Heinz Property) into the JD 18 SM watershed, and
WHEREAS, the Viewers appointed on the 24th day of October, 2017 in said proceedings have filed their reports as provided by law.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the hearing on said viewers report on Joint County Ditch No. 18 Sibley and McLeod Counties will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room in the Courthouse in the City of Gaylord, Minnesota. Items to be discussed include:
1. Consider accepting the Viewer’s Report (H2Over Viewer’s LLC).
2. Discussion from interested parties.
3. Consider directing County Attorney to draft Findings and Orders.
4. Other items of business as deemed necessary.
Any person having an interest in land that is affected by the project may object to the final acceptance of the project and may appear and be heard thereon.
