Planning commission sets public hearings

In a very brief meeting on Thursday, March 9, Glencoe’s Planning Commission set two public hearings for its next meeting on Thursday, April 13 at 7:05 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
Both hearings are in regards to dividing nd land use of two lots on 20th Street West in Glencoe. The lots are currently plotted for single family homes. Travis Tuchtenhagen of Tuchtenhagen Construction  and Willard Exsted of Exsted Realty are looking to divide the lots to build possible two sets of twin homes. The homes would be similar to others in the neighborhood.
