Richard George Wanous, 74, of Glencoe, passed away April 21. He was born March 19, 1945, in Hutchinson, to Richard and Sophie (Jaskowiak) Wanous.
Mr. Wanous grew up in Silver Lake and graduated from high school there with the class of 1962. He briefly attended St. Cloud State University, but returned back home to own and operate his own dairy and beef cattle farm for the next 55 years.
