Steven Charles Weber, 54, Silver Lake
Steven Charles Weber, 54, of Silver Lake, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, at his residence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held today (Wednesday, Dec. 20), at 11 a.m., at Holy Family Catholic Church in Silver Lake with the Rev. Paul Schumacher as the celebrant.
Honorary casket bearers are his sons and brothers, Spenser Weber and Severin Weber, Todd Weber, Mike Weber, Gene Weber and Brad Weber. Casket bearers are John Bayerl, Carey Kieser, John Entinger, Pat Fogarty, Sam Anderson and Jason Kalis. Interment will follow the Mass in Holy Family Cemetery.
Mr. Weber was born April 29, 1963, in Glencoe, the son of Charles D. and Rosemary (Bayerl) Weber.
Steven C. Weber and Janelle M. Mallak were joined in holy marriage on Nov. 10, 1990, at St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church in Silver Lake. God blessed their marriage with four children.
Mr. Weber was employed at Millerbernd’s for the past nine years. He had a longtime lawn-care business. He was always willing to help others with his time and talents.
He was a faithful member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Silver Lake.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Janelle M. Weber; loving children, Spenser, Shantel and Savanna; mother, Rosemary Weber; siblings, Kathleen (Derek) LaZarre, Todd (Tina) Weber, Michael (Candi) Weber, Brenda (Pat) Fogarty, Gene (Debbie) Weber, Carrie Weber, Bradley Weber (Ryan) and Kelly (Steve) Sale; father-in-law, Joe Mallak of Winsted; sisters-in-law, Julene (Jay) Borka of Winsted and Janette (Tom) Bayerl of Silver Lake; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son, Severin, on Feb. 24, 2003; father, Charles Weber, on April 28, 2016; and mother-in-law, Constance Mallak, on June 22, 2009.
