Write in Ane Fitzgerald for commissioner

To the Editor:
If you want to do something good for McLeod County and you live in District 4, you should write in your vote for Ane Fitzgerald for county commissioner. I don’t live in Ane’s district, but I would vote for her if I could, and this is why:
Ane cares about McLeod County. Her family farms here so she is deeply invested in the community. She understands exactly how important good roads and bridges are to get farm products to market.
Ane cares about everyone. Through her work as a pastor, a counselor and an employee assistance professional, she has a unique perspective of the needs of McLeod County families. That would be a huge asset for our county commission.  
Ane is hard-working, smart and kind. I’ve known Ane for more than 50 years, and she has always impressed me as an optimistic problem solver. If you live in Hassan Valley Township, Rich Valley Township, Sumter Township, Biscay, Brownton or Hutchinson’s Precinct 1, you have an opportunity to do something positive for all of us.
