The McLeod County Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, March 31, at 9 a.m., and among agenda items is the possibility of reinstating the sheriff's department's K9 program.
Sheriff Scott Rehmann will be asking for County Board approval of $13,200 to buy a dog and train both the dog and a handler.
Also on the agenda are an update on the county's planned switch to a one-sort recycling plan, including the possibility of the city of Glencoe joining the county program, and the awarding of bids for summer highway department work.
