The annual Stewartfest celebration is set for Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, in Stewart.
A pre-celebration event will be state-qualifier baseball games Friday, June 26, with games at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The tournament will continue throughout the weekend.
Stewartfest kicks off Saturday, June 27, with garage sales opening at 8 a.m., as well as the start of the annual medallion hunt, with clues posted in the city park. The Stewart Fire Department will serve free sweet corn and have its waterball tournament, with both events starting at noon. Area fire departments that wish to register a waterball team should call Travis Keith at 320-552-2575.
Also starting at noon will be the antique tractor pull (weigh-ins start at 9 a.m.; call 320-583-9452 for more information).
