City Council nixes proposed cemetery storm water pond

Short Elliot Hendrickson (SEH) presented five options for a storm water pond to the Glencoe City Council Monday night as part of the city’s Armstrong Avenue project. Pond A, located in the city cemetery, was the original proposal but received criticism from the public. After a public hearing on the matter, the Council voted to remove A as an option.
