Dan Ehrke will be returning to work in the Glencoe community as the city’s new assistant city administrator--marketing and community development position.
This new position will be a combination of the city center coordinating and economic development responsibilities.
Previously, Ehrke served as the director of the Glencoe Chamber of Commerce for about eight years before leaving to work for Short Elliot Hendrickson (SEH).
“I’m definitely very familiar with the city staff and even on the council, there’s some familiar faces too,” Ehrke said.
After commuting out of town at his previous job, Ehrke said he has missed working within the Glencoe community.
