Things are great in new GSL’s new school space

To the Editor:
Happy Holidays from Glencoe-Silver Lake (GSL). On behalf of all of us at Independent School District #2859, I hope your holiday season is filled with family and friends and enjoying all that life has to offer.
We are currently living in our new space at GSL and things are great! Our new addition has been a true asset to our school district. The educational and economical efficiencies are happening as planned as we are experiencing new and improved teaching and learning opportunities each day. Once again, thank you for your support of our students as they get to experience what the entire building project has to offer on a daily basis. There is not a day that goes by where new ways of learning are not happening. If you have not had a chance to see the space, I welcome you to do so, as I am sure you will love it. Our new school is certainly something that all of us can be proud of.
Enjoy the remaining days of 2017 and let’s get excited about all that 2018 will bring.
