LEGAL NOTICE
Biological father of D.H.P.: Please take notice that a petition has been filed with the McLeod County District Court seeking to terminate Ms. Brittany Giovanna Cardenas’ parental rights to the minor child, D.H.P., date of birth January 16, 2018. The identity of D.H.P.’s father is unknown, and if Ms. Brittany Giovanna Cardenas’ parental rights are terminated and D.H.P.’s father does not come forward, D.H.P. will be placed for adoption. A Court Trial has been scheduled for July 12, July 13, and July 16, 2018, beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day at the McLeod County Courthouse at 830 East 11th Street, Glencoe, MN. Your presence is required. If you fail to attend the Court Trial on July 12, July 13, and July 16, 2018, the potential adoption of D.H.P. will move forward without your involvement. You may obtain a copy of all of the Court paperwork on this case from the McLeod County Court Administrator’s Office.
