Shirley Patricia “Pat” Shepley, 92, of Inver Grove Heights (formerly So. St. Paul & Sun City, AZ) passed away on October 10, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Immanuel United Methodist Church, 301 Varner St. N, Jordan, MN. A reception will follow.
