Mayor Schwarze called the meeting to order.
Tim Olson/Dale Ewald/KeithTongen from the Brownton All School Reunion donated $1,000 to the Fire Department.

John Rodeberg from Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. presented Council with a General Services Agreement. We have not had one in place with them since we started the street project and with that winding down, we need to get an agreement back in place. It will be good through 2020. He gave an update on the USDA report. There are a few things that need to be updated and then it should be ready to go with the extra items. Approved Resolution #76 Adopting Assessment.
Public Works Supervisor Draeger submitted his monthly report-grass clippings were reported again. They get in the sewer and clog things up and then we have problems. Some are contractors and Karl addressed six properties. Council approved the bid from Hanson & Vasek Construction, Inc. for the installation of front sidewalk and driveway at 118 3rd St S. Grocery Store demolition bids were reviewed from Rickert Excavating and Hjerpe Contracting, Inc. with the bid being awarded to Hjerpe Contracting, Inc.
Officer Koford was approved for a pay increase now that his probationary period is up. We received a check from the Brownton Lions for the body camera that was purchased.
The budget was discussed. Council has various questions on some items. The budget was approved with a 5% increase.
Ordinance #94 pertaining to Recreational Motor Vehicles was approved.
Lease Rental Agreements (3) and key agreement were looked at and approved.
A refinance email from Northland Securities was discussed. An Engagement Letter was approved and the City Clerk will look into this more. Triple K will be re-doing community center step.
