HEARING
In the Matter of the Tentative Settlement of McLeod Renville Joint Ditch 04
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Drainage Authority for McLeod Renville Joint Ditch 04 will hear public comment on the acceptance of a tentative settlement to resolve the outstanding appeal regarding damages on Joint Ditch 04 McR at the McLeod County North Complex Building Conference Room, 2391 Hennepin Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 1:30 p.m.
All persons interested and wanting to be heard should appear at this time.
