After starting the abbreviated amateur baseball season on the wrong side of the ledger, the Glencoe Brewers have pounded their way into the win column, hammering out a pair of victories during the past week.
Glencoe will need all its pitching depth in the week to come. The Brewers have four games on the docket. They’ll be back on the diamond tonight, July 15, 7:30 p.m., against Plato at Vollmer Field in Glencoe. Friday, July 17, 7:30 p.m., Glencoe travels to Brownton to face the Bruins. Saturday, July 18, 2 p.m., the Brewers will be in Carver for a 2 p.m. tilt against the Black Sox followed by a Sunday home game, 2 p.m., against Waconia.
